The house and location are great! We enjoyed walking to the local beach and the central location made it easy to explore many other places on the cape. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels ans comfy beds. We loved having the use of sand chairs, umbrellas and beach toys! Thanks for sharing your wonderful welcoming home.

Great location, perfect house with plenty of room for the 15 adults. Owner was great to communicate with. It was very easy checkin and checkout. Super clean modern and spacious house. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes.

The best Cape Cod has to offer!

A fantastic place for our Cape Cod trip. Josh is awesome host and house is spectacular. Plenty of space for our two families to spread out, relax and play. Location is great - we loved being able to walk to both the beach and the Skipper. Super close. House was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend Josh's home if you're planning a trip to the Cape! Already talking about a trip back next year.
