Convenient location for shops, dining and amenities, with plenty of parking avaliable in the adjacent public car park. We had a superior double with sea view, which was a little tired but clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the curtains didnt span the windows, which gave an ingress of street lighting, then day light, in the middle and at both ends. The pillows were very uncomfortable, either soft and lumpy or far too firm and was surprised to find the housekeeper's master room access card in the bed!!!

The staff were very welcoming and upgraded us to a superior with a balcony. The bedroom itself clean and modern but the wardrobe area and bathroom were quite dated compared. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable. Both my partner and myself had a very disrupted sleep and both left feeling tired and with back ache.

, Left at midnight on final night as beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. Complained first night and staff tried to help but no better as all beds are the same, booked this hotel for 3 nights and jacuzzi not working at all and told it was not the hotels responsibility . Never again!
