We're a genuine, licensed B&B. Experience this Insta-ready, newly renovated 1820 farmhouse. Your comfort and relaxation are our goal; designer flourishes are inside and out, filled with unique all-new furnishings. Our Salon features the latest in the arts: sculpture, painting, poetry, readings. Nothing has been overlooked.
The space
The house was originally built in the 1820s and had later additions in the 1850s, 1910s and 1980s. The house has been completely renovated, inside and out, top to bottom, and furnished with casual comfort in mind.

We feature a sumptuous continental breakfast and coffee and tea is always available, as are light snacks and bottled waters in our guest fridge. The guest fridge also offers a storage drawer for each room. You'll also find ice, ice buckets and wine glasses.
Guest access
In addition to your room and private bath you'll be welcome in our lounge with a seasonal wood-burning fireplace, the great room and outdoor areas including the front porch, the lawns and the expansive pool area.
During your stay
We let the guests lead the level of privacy they prefer. We're always available within reason for our guests and if you don't see us around just text. We never host when we're out of town
Other things to note
The seasonal pool, spa and outdoor shower are brand new, and are available from 9am to 10pm. The spa is contained in the pool. All the outdoor water amenities are available seasonally, from May to October.

Our brand new chainless bikes are available on a first come first served basis, and you'll need to sign a waiver and bring your own safety equipment if you think you need it. There is no charge for the bikes, but they're new so please treat our bikes as your own and guard against theft or damage, as you'll be responsible for replacement costs which are $900 per bike. Locks are provided.
