Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in the washing machine and start the wash cycle before leaving. We will transfer the towels to the dryer.
Please place any garbage bags in the outdoor garbage bin provided and and bottles or cans in the outdoors recycle bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

NOT on the water.

Amazing home with great furnishings, a high quality hot tub and plenty of room. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and the firepit in the back was great. However, we thought we would be on the water (we rent each year on the lake) and this house isn't on the lake (its across the street). So if you like toes in the water with your morning coffee, and don't want to watch bikes and cars obstruct your view, keep looking! And for the price we usually pay for our yearly rental, this home was the most expensive we have ever rented. Moreover, we only had 5 people (the home sleeps 10) and they surcharge for over 5 guests. Read the fine print!
