i was not given instruction on exiting the parkade during checkin, resulted in parkade gate not open due to the missing of the exit bar code. I have to back up all the way from the exit gate back to the parkade, you can image how this situation would be when lines of vehicles were behind me at the exit gate!

Staff were exceptionally rude for no reason, pillows are very uncomfortable. The rooms are actually quite bare and not as shown on the website when selecting this room. Loud noises can be heard in the night. This hotel is quite basic for the rate they charge per night… I would recommend staying elsewhere

The hotel is new and very nice. The roof top bar was closed for the season, however it was beautiful , in the 80’s and in the middle of September. It would have been beautiful. The drinks were kind of expensive and a very short pour. The beds were very hard, but the house keeping staff was visible when needed and got me a better pillow. Hotel was very clean and spa pool was beautiful.

As a couple with no kids, we wanted somewhere comfortable to stay, with great gym and facilities that wasn't too loud and still easy to get around. This hotel ticked all those boxes. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was worth booking as the immediate surrounding area wasn't as busy as the main tourist district. The gym is fantastic and the pictures actually do it justice. The walls aren't the thickest so you might get unlucky with a neighbour. It's also worth pointing out it's much more of a business hotel, so our holiday hours were different to a lot of others so pool etc was nice and quiet in the mornings and evenings.

The room was very clean and modern. The tub is a bit high for older people. I would perhaps offer a tub/shower combo or a shower only option for your 55+ customers. And the shower with the half window is only conducive when using the rain head. If we use the handle, the water ends up on the floor. Can cause water damage after a while.

This is the tallest building in Croatia! Views are unbeatable. Breakfast is not included and that is a shame for a buffet style breakfast that costs 35 euros. Neighborhood is not great, you’ll need a taxi generally to get into the old town, beaches and all attractions. Hotel is clean and staff was fantastic.

I like a Marriot hotel, and this met all expectations. We stayed at the hotel because it was the end of our trip, and we needed an easy location to get to the airport the next morning. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel seemed more industrial.
