Tifani Lux Apartment Split is located in the city center, at the beginning of the pedestrian zone that leads to the old city core. The neighborhood called Manuš is quiet and safe, less than a 10-minute walk to the Split Promenade Riva, Diocletian's Palace, and the East and West coasts.

The Split City Museum and St. Duje Cathedral are located just a 7-minute walk away from the apartment.

The venue of the world-famous Ultra festival, the Split Stadium, is only 1.2 km away from the apartment.

Pine Park Forest Marjan is called the lungs of Split, and there you can ride a bike, go for long walks, play tennis, rock climb, or simply take a swim.

Beaches Bačvice, Firule, and Ovčice are a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Additionally, you will be staying near excellent restaurants, bars, and clubs in Split (we will be happy to recommend the best ones, of course).

If you decide to take a day trip, you can visit the Salona ruins (5 km), Klis fortress (7 km), or the beautiful city of Trogir, which, like Split, is one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites (25 km).

The ferry port is only a 7-minute easy walk away from the apartment, where you can take a ferry ride to visit one of Croatia's 1000 islands (Brac, Solta, Hvar, Vis, Korčula...).

The building in which the apartment is situated was built in 1967 and is a typical example of postmodernism's "concrete architecture," founded on the idea of functionality and clear lines. While staying at our apartment, you will have a unique experience of a high-end modern apartment in a historical mid-20th-century building.

The size of the apartment is 40m2. It features a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious closet, a beautiful living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, double refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker). The apartment is decorated with designer furniture and pieces.

The living room and bedroom have large smart TVs with cable channels. The entire apartment has free fast Wi-Fi. Each room is equipped with an air conditioning device. One wonderful feature of the apartment is a balcony with sweeping and calming views of the sea, city, and surrounding trees. It includes a table with chairs for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Great emphasis is placed on cleanliness. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, and guests are always provided with clean towels, bathrobes, bed sheets, blankets, and kitchen towels.

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people at a time.

Only a 5-minute walk from the apartment is your own private parking space, which you can rent for 20 Euros per day. Additionally, there is always free public parking available around the apartment building.

We welcome each group of guests with our "welcome package" – local groceries (figs, carob, lemon, pomegranate, cheese...) and great Dalmatian wine.
