Firstly it was great being able to park our car in their carpark for free. We had a warm welcome which was quick and easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice bed, bathroom, and a sea view. Good breakfast with nice selection. Hotel is situated within walking distance of beach and supermarket so location is good. The beach nearby was good and not crowded even for summer season. Great location!! If you are looking to be a bit closer to the beaches rather than the city center/old town, this is a perfect spot away from all of the commotion. Only about a 30minute walk to the Riva Promenade, but only 5 minutes or so from the nearest beaches! We enjoyed the walks into town each day, and great food locations. Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and bar service, highly recommend this spot!

There is a Franciscan church attached, and we surmise that the hotel might once have been a dormitory for the monks and nuns before being converted to a hotel. Nice beach park 5 minute walk. Nice hotel with friendly staff and nice People around. Good size of the room and good beds with nice sea view. We really likes that there was a lot of closet space and a refrigerator in the room. I think that the water in the shower drain ran slowly and that the gym should have been open longer and there should have been more variety for breakfast.
