The special beauty of the Villa consists of sunny terraces, private heated pool and outdoor kitchen with Dalmatian barbecue (BBQ). Luxury Villa LeLu Split has four (4) very comfortable bedrooms, two (2) luxury bathrooms and it is designed for luxury accommodation for 6 + 3 (on a sofa beds) people.

Upon arrival at the Villa there are 4 parking places. Entering the Villa itself, you enter the air-conditioned living area where is a living room with a large comfortable sofa that can be unfolded into a comfortable bed for 2 people and SAT TV with home cinema. High-speed Internet, YouTube, Netflix, IP TV and an additional speaker for Bluetooth, Aux make this living room into one fantastic place to enjoy music, movies and other entertainment and learning content.

On the ground floor you will find one lounge - reading room with a sofa that can be unfolded into a comfortable single bed for one person. There is also a luxury bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

On the ground floor special place is occupied by a fully equipped kitchen with an kitchen island and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen has a stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, ice maker and Lavazza coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and will allow you to enjoy the preparation of Mediterranean meals or Italian coffees.

In just a few steps through the glass door, you will reach sunny terrace with a heated outdoor saltwater pool with an electrolysis water sterilization system. The pool can be covered with a pergola. On the terrace there is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. On the terrace, at your disposal is also dining table and comfortable sun loungers.

On the first floor of Villa LeLu is a master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed that has access to a beautiful sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, and a bedroom with two single beds. These 3 rooms are equipped with air conditioning, SAT TV, WI-FI and comfortable anatomical mattresses for beautiful dreams and rest. On this floor, there is also another luxury bathroom with shower.
