Lovely, kind host, gave us fresh lemonade and melon on arrival on the beautiful terrace. Stayed here for two nights either side of our trip and both rooms were clean, cool and quiet. Amazingly warm and helpful host in this place. :) Staying was comfortable and even though it is located in the heart of the old town, did not hear any noise from the streets. Room was clean and nice.

Absolutely wonderful stay in old Split

We absolutely loved our stay. The host was the most friendly, welcoming person and gave us recommendations of things nearby to see. The location is absolutely ideal—right I. The heart of things in the old town so that we could come and go as we explored throughout the day! The room was beautiful, with a view of the cathedral above the neighboring rooftops. The host lest us store our bags for the morning after checking out and she was there to see us off at noon!

Marlena palace was a fantastic place to stay. My husband and I were there for two nights before a cruise and were very happy with our stay. It’s a little tricky to find- through the posidion restaurant side alley and then up the stairs- but everything in split is tricky to find :). Only three rooms at this hotel, big rooms and clean, great air conditioning, rooftop patio. Right in the Center of of the walled city. I highly recommend staying there.
