Our stay was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Marijana and Martha were super accommodating and attentive. Marijana was easy and fast to communicate with at any time and even assisted us with a late check-in that was even later due to flight delays. To top it off, my partner left something behind in the room without realizing and Marijana notified us and mailed it within hours of us leaving. I cannot recommend Zephyrus enough!

Fabulous apartment in Split, close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. Lovely sea views and the apartment is bigger than it seems in the pictures. Owner very helpful and available as needed.

I don't normally write reviews but I have to in this case. Our stay at Zephyrus was excellent. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and the marina. The host, Marijana, was exceptional! She went over and beyond our expectations.

Lovely, quaint hotel, very close to old town. The best thing about it all is the proprietor, Marijana. She is incredibly responsive and accommodating, no matter the hour! We were three couples and each of us were happy with our rooms and all agreed we would stay there again upon returning to Split.

This property was excellent! The room was actually a small apartment with a small kitchenette that was stocked with some small convenience items that we found very helpful! Marijana was so helpful and friendly - and our housekeeper went above and beyond to take care of us, as well. We would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!

Very pleased with this accommodation. All the room facilities were adequate. Some food and beverages were included in the kitchenette as well as basic toiletries and towels in the bathroom. Pleasant and spacious room and comfortable large bed. Pretty garden area to relax. The owner/manager Marijana was just lovely and extremely helpful and accommodating. Very near to the old town centre so just a few minutes walk away from the shops, restaurants and harbour but tucked away in a quiet side street so very little noise. Would highly recommend.

Marijana is an excellent host and her accommodation is wonderful. We only had a classic room but it was very spacious and clean with nice touches and amenities, such as toiletries, tea/coffee, cold drinks and cereals, as well as necessary utensils. The room and bathroom were clean and serviced each day as and if required. Beach towels are available for free use also which we liked as they are bulky to pack! The highlight was most certainly the wonderfully calm and quiet courtyard, it’s like being in an oasis and a lovely place to relax and dine after a busy day. Marijana herself is very helpful, friendly and will assist with anything you need, you could not be in better hands. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to go to split and we thank you again for the wonderful stay xx

Wonderful 4 night stay!!

Great stat at Zephyrus!! Staff was very friendly. Marijana and Marta were especially accommodating at check-in and check-out, making everything smooth and easy. The apartment is spacious and exactly as described. It was a thoughtful touch to have a few items waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. The location is ideal—perfectly situated between the palace and Marjan Park, with a supermarket, restaurants, and Uber/taxi pickup all close by. We especially enjoyed the shared garden and private terrace. We truly had a wonderful stay and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Fantastic boutique hotel.

Well where does one start ….. the welcome from the host was fabulous , met us at taxi drop off point out of hours to walk us up the pedestrianised path to the door. Room was beautifully presented, spacious and spotlessy clean! A few essentials were also supplied in the fridge for us - milk, water, yoghurt, tea coffee, juice - a lovely touch. Location is a two minute walk from the main square and a five minute walk to the sea front, but still very peaceful at night. All in all a great hotel with the personal touch and well recommended for a break in Split!

A lovely place to stay in the centre of Split. Our host Marjana was friendly, welcoming and checked in regularly. The room was comfortable and had access to a charming courtyard. Very easy to get to the main attractions and transport for exploration further afield. Highly recommended.
