Quiet home in a country-like area of Spokane Valley with 18 food establishments & shopping within a mile or less walk from this spacious and private 2 bedroom 1,250’ separate living quarters in a renovated home.
The mall is just 1.5 miles away & easy on/off I-90 access is just 1 mile!

The bedrooms feature 1 queen bed and 1 king bed, ensuring a delightful night's sleep for guests. Each room offers 2 side tables with lamps & USB plugins, chair, two bathrobes & slippers, extra blanket, dresser, hangers, and luggage rack.

The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, heated & lighted mirror, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup mirror & a hair dryer for added convenience.

This property also offers heating in every room plus a lavish wood burning fireplace insert. A/C is not needed in this lower unit but fans are provided for added comfort.

A separate office space offers WiFi and a work desk with USB & multi port phone chargers in case you forgot yours.
This space also has all the extra linens, ironing board, fans, cleaning and enough added space for extra guests to use the provided blowup mattress if needed (upon prior arrangement).

Three areas finish the huge open floor plan: Cozy couches & throws to watch Netflix on the 65” Roku TV with popcorn and candy provided; wing chairs and books in front of the fire; and, a large dining space & kitchenette generously stocked with full sized fridge/freezer, spices, oil, electric skillet, toaster over, micro, Keurig, blender, tea kettle, toaster, coffee mugs, wine & cocktail glasses, dishes, utensils, bowls, etc.
Hosts provide coffee assortment, cocoa, teas & creamers/sweeteners.

Safety in mind:
Security camera for guest monitors outside entrance and parking.
CO2/Smoke detectors including WiFi to alert owners are installed in home.
WiFi Water leak alarms & alerts in water prone areas such as bathroom, water main, under sinks.

The property is newly renovated summer 2025 and is the lower level with private entrance of our home.
Entry is your own doorway with keyless entry and stairway to basement with railing.
Owners occupy the upstairs, so please expect to hear soft noises from the upper level.
Due to liability as well as our sleep patterns needed with having commercial driving career, sharing the home with children is not ideal so at this time we do not permit anyone under the ages of 18 years however accommodation is a possibility in some cases permitting our schedule and age.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash any dishes/appliances used. You may leave to dry in drainer (found under sink).
Place all used bath and kitchen towels in provided teal hamper found in storage area of office. Collect all trash and place outside lower entrance door.
Turn all lights and heat off upon leaving. Text host if leaving sooner than 11am is appreciated.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
