This hotel was centrally located to Riverfront Park and downtown. Although we didn't have a room with a view, it was a nice view. It was very quiet here, as well.

The desk staff told us about the Bistro on site. We decided to go there for a light dinner. We found out that the kitchen was closed and no food was available.This was during the posted hours of operation. The waiter said he could heat up some chicken strips but couldn't prepare anything listed on the menu. We had to go into the city to eat.

Stayed here many times before. This time, the facility was dealing with staffing shortages and their hot water boilers failed. The system failed completely. 24 hours later we received Luke warm water. Main system was still awaiting repairs when we checked out. Management did a good job of informing about progress. A boiler preventative maintenance program should be considered.

We stayed in the same room two nights in a row but we checked that in between and tell you that they didn't change the thing on the hide-a-bed in between. But the staff and everybody there was wonderful to deal with other than it ran out of coffee

Time To Visit Family

The room was spacious except the bathroom was a little tight. The bed and bedding was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets to charge devices and the lighting was good. The included breakfast was decent, the happy hour was ok - not much selection. The accessibility to riverfront park was excellent, and there were multiple dining options within walking distance. A very nice property. Recommended.
