The room was clean, and the hotel is amazing and historic. The Thanksgiving buffet and tree lighting were so fun! The mattresses and pillows in our double queen room were a little soft for our comfort.

I STRONGLY object to having to pay $25 to check in 50 minutes early to a room which is already sitting there, ready for occupancy. a flagrant money-grab. the mattress was soft and plush but the bed WIGGLED SO BADLY we woke each other constantly with any little movement
