This property was fabulous! It checked all our boxes and then some. The space was spotless, the owners had snacks and more as a welcome gift, the kitchen has everything you need, the shower was extremely comfortable and the location is perfect! We so enjoyed meeting the owners while they were working outside beautifying the huge yard. We both had a great run and walk right outside the front doors and it was only 5 minutes to Whitworth University! We WILL be back!!!

This wonderful place exceeded my expectations. The hosts Selah and Kathy were gracious and attentive as I arrived. This location was perfect, close to town, but yet on the outskirts. The quality and craftsmanship reflected in the beautiful apartment and was truly appreciated. It has been one of the most peaceful stays for me.I truly enjoyed the grandchildren that were visiting. It provided beautiful energy for the country setting. The accommodations were lovely; the kitchen provided everything I needed, the comfort of the linens and the master suite with a bed that was perfect in comfort exceeded my expectations once again. I absolutely appreciated the fine touches they designed with the lighting, high-end comforts, and the cleanliness in the detail throughout. For a country setting, this has been one of my favorites. There was even farm and small wildlife off the back patio to take in the rural area.Thank you so much for sharing your rental to me. I hope to return.

This was a great place for us to stay since we were only staying a couple of nights. The place had everything it said it did. The host was great at communicating and friendly; the place was extremely clean and quieter than I expected, given that the HOSTs lived upstairs. Because there was no washer or dryer, we would stay somewhere else if we were staying longer than two nights. But for two nights, this place was perfect. Based on the amenities listed, we were fully aware there was no washer or dryer when we booked our stay. I do wish there was a dishwasher. Again, based on the amenities listed, we knew there was not one when we booked our stay. We decided to wash any dishes and utensils before using them to ensure they were clean. Which, for a two-night stay, was just fine. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone doing a short stay in that area.

We’ve stayed in Spokane at many different places over the last four years and this spot was one of the cleanest we’ve found! The home is nicely equipped and prepped for your stay. The Hosts are friendly, helpful, and communicated well. A nice spot to stay away from downtown, but close enough to get to any location or need!

The perfect getaway

We were in town to visit family. This place was close by and very centrally located to the grocery store, gas, airport. The suite matches the description to a T. It is amazing and clean, with a great kitchen! Beautiful home and Selah & Kathy are beautiful people. Look no further as this is a great place to stay!

A quiet gem in the outskirts of North Seattle.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Saleh and Kathy's VRBO. A gem of a place, wonderfully furnished and stocked. The house if located just outside of Spokane in a quiet rural area. The hosts were amazing, with personal touches that helped make our stay enjoyable.

Excellent Stay - Again

We (my teenage son and I) have enjoyed two stays here while in the area for state basketball. Both stays were wonderful. The hosts are super friendly and responsive to any questions/needs and the rental is super nice and clean. We will definitely be back.

Amazing little place just out side of town.

My wife and I had a most quiet and tranquil stay here. The unit was cozy, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. There were several thoughtful touches that made us feel welcomed. We understand a concern is whether the owners upstairs can be heard; we hardly ever heard them during our stay. The house’s location atop a small plateau leaves you feeling like you are not even in town. However, at the bottom of the hill in any direction you will find many conveniences. The owners included several resources of information regarding things to do, points of interest, and places to eat in both the immediate and regional areas. We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, relaxing, and felt like a slower pace. My wife took great joy in watching the free range chickens. We would love to stay here again.

Great Unit/Suite!

This property is EXACTLY as described/pictured. Very cozy, clean and modern. Stocked kitchen if you want to cook meals. The hosts, Saleh and Kathy thoughtfully set out snacks, oatmeal packets and had bottles of water in the fridge which were much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this for those visiting the area.

Clean, bright, modern and comfortable

We were impressed how clean it was and how new and well equipped also. It was tranquil neighborhood with lots of open spaces (farm like). We didn't mind some normal living sound in the above unit at all. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Spokane.
