Double Waterfront Property with Amazing Views & Private Pool

Relax and unwind in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a private swimming pool. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the marshland from the front yard while sipping your morning coffee. Also enjoy the screened in back patio that overlooks the pool and the direct access canal and dock. All bedrooms, the living room, and the back patio include a flat screen TV. The property includes access to two bikes and two kayaks for guest use. The dock can be used for fishing but guests must bring their own fishing equipment. The marina and boat ramp are located within a mile of the house. The dock is available if you would like to bring your own boat. If you wish to heat the pool, there is an additional fee of $25 per night.

We do have an active camera on the front of the house for security purposes. The security camera in the back by the pool is disabled (battery removed) for our guests’ privacy.

Absolutely the best place we’ve stayed yet! The home was gorgeous, well decorated, furnished with all the necessities, top of the line appliances, kitchen was well stocked and the grandkids loved the pool!! 45 minutes from Crystal River where we went kayaking for a day but couldn’t wait to get back and relax in the pool and fish from the dock! We will be back!!

Overpriced

rarely rate anything not absolutely fantastic or notably terrible.This stay was middle road,but felt a review was warranted.I'll start with positives,as there were many.Interior clean.Reclining couches nice, kitchen amply stocked,TONS of fresh towels.Beds very comfortable, and extremely happily surprised to find a king in the master, when listed as a queen. We loved the split unit ACs so much we are considering adding them in our own home. 3rd bedroom was an inclosed garage with2 twin and a trundle, and laundry. Pool sparkling clean. Our problems with this property mainly came because of the price. We have stayed in VRBOs all over this area for 10 years. In comparison,this rental was very overpriced for its size and location. Home is TINY. We paid almost 200 less the prior week for a home twice the size, gulf front, with way more outdoor space, huge dock and boat lift, and general niceties. Bedrooms are ample, but the living space is very cramped, as is the outdoor space. The screen like fencing all around the pool and dock area (Im assuming for child safety) closed in an already small space even more. It was almost impossible to even get our kayaks down to the dock, We had to drag them down the street to put into the mangroves.Water pressure in the house was horrible! Couldnt have 2 things running at once AT ALL. Need larger, comfortable pool furniture, and a lounger or 2. Weeds overgrown around pool. Kayaks in very poor condition (we didnt use.We brought our own). More...

Absolutely adorable

Beautiful house, they thought of all of our needs. My only suggestion is to buy a kids bike. My family rented a boat, kayaking, swimming in pool and canal. We were greeted by a dolphin on our first day. Enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Eagle Nest.

Great house, perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids

Perfect house for 4 adults and two kids. We all enjoyed the pool and fishing off the private dock. Its close to lots of cute local restaurants and Weeki Wachi Springs State park. We spent a day at the springs and watched the mermaid show and swam and snorkeled in the springs.

Great stay

My family (myself husband 12 and 14 year old kids) loved this property. The house is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, the reclining leather couches are outstanding. Plenty of room for us to have our own space but also to sit together. Communication with the management company was stellar. We adored the heated pool. Sunsets were beautiful over the canal. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Vacation

Beautiful right on the water pool overlooking water. Hose was perfect for us clean well decorated. The dock was nice just to sit on very quiet neighborhood. I can only say good things was a very relaxing atmosphere and host was very quick to answer. Any questions we will go again..

We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and well appointed. Great location. The pool was beautiful and very refreshing after a day out on the water. We would highly recommend this house for a vacation in Hernando Beach.

Best family vacation ever!

This is it, book it now. If you have wiggly kids you and old and grown-ups this place has it all. Comfortable clean and the room with twin beds has an extra trundle underneath awesome surprise. Steps out to beautiful salt water pool (makes water soft and you more floaty but not too salty, doesn't hurt eyes or leave a bad taste in your mouth. Property looks directly out over canal , private dock and kayaks :) we had a blast watching Daddy fish while we soaked in the pool. No schlepping endless stuff to the beach only to leave in an hour. Porch was partially shaded with nice little lounge furniture. So relaxing and so well decorated, stocked and clean. Beds were super comfy ( I have a terrible back and they were great) TVs in every bedroom and giant one in living room. Owner answer a wifi question in 5 minutes via the app (VRBO) We were too excited to realize everything was posted clearly on the fridge. Can't say enough lovely things about this property and area. Don't miss the silver dolphin restaurant, Lee lio tiki hut was good and we didn't make it to the lazy lizard today , may go on our way out. We spent a day at Weeki wachee and saw the mermaids , so cute :) Walmart 10 minutes away tucked in a forestry entrance great for last minute meds or coffee run for anything you forget. We will be back! Such an awesome place 😄

Second time staying great experience.

This was our 2nd time renting this property and just like the first were happy we did. The host is very responsive and accommodating. There were plenty of towels and supplies for us. The home is in a great location if you are renting a boat or bringing one, just a short ride to the Gulf. The pool is cute and the home is very clean, cozy and spacious. We will come back to this home again and again and highly recommend. If you stay I recommend the little restaurant up the road called Lei-Lo Tiki awesome food.

Spring Break

Our family used this house during a spring break visit to the area to see other family members. It was a wonderful experience! The house is beautifully maintained and anything you could want was available. Our children enjoyed the pool. A highlight of the trip for our 4 year old was seeing dolphins right off the dock several times in the evening. We will definitely be returning to this house.

Nice Weeki Wachee House

The house is nice and clean and right on the canal. Weeki Wachee Springs Part is a 15 minutes drive. About an hour till the Gulf of Mexico beaches.

Immaculate, comfortable, and overall best stay I've ever had at a VRBO.

From the comfy bed to the heated pool, everything was perfect with the house. The communication was easy and immediate with questions I had. I stayed 2 weeks and can't think of anything I would change or suggest.
