Room and breakfast was everything I expected it to be! The price is fair and nothing to complain about except for the guy at the front desk giving me a hard time for staying in the city I live in. He says they usually don’t accept city residents, but he’d let me slide. And that Springfield is full of Tweakers. (I was getting the insulation fixed in my home that day) I laughed it off, and it seems so simple… but I was never able to get the bad taste out of my mouth from that interaction. All the ladies were very sweet on the other hand and I enjoyed the stay.

We had a change of plans for Christmas and ended up having to book a hotel room. The staff at the Bradford was incredibly nice and welcoming. They UPGRADED us to a HUGE room, giving us a whole kitchen and lots of extra space. The room was very clean and updated. During our stay, the toilet in our bathroom was clogging and acting weird, so we went up to the front desk to get a plunger. The lovely lady at the front was so quick to help us. She apologized for the inconvenience, offered to switch our room, and gave us the cutest little goodie/snack bag. Overall, our stay at the Bradford was perfect. I highly recommend it!
