The room was spacious. The beds were okay. The walls were thin and we were awoken by our neighbors alarm clock going off for 10 minutes next door at 6. The beds were okay. We were out of conditioner in the shower.

Our second time staying at Jacksonville & didn’t disappoint us. Travel with some dog & really appreciate how clean the dog area is. Either previous guest cleaned up after the dog or staff cleans area.

We couldn’t check in for over an hour because the manager was called away from the desk. They were busy, I think the hotel was sold out but it seemed like only one person was handling everything. He was very polite and professional but you could tell he was insanely busy. I’m sure that’s not the norm but maybe staffing for high volume times needs another look?

Overall a very nice newer hotel. Very clean, well maintained, nice bathroom and unique (no door) shower. Good bed, horrible pillows (short, almost round, way too thick and firm. Very unusual). Fridge and microwave were convenient. Breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast.
