Charming apartment tastefully furnished and able to accommodate 4 people. The flat is located in the center, just 600m from the station and a short distance from the motorway entrances for Lecce and Brindisi. Enviable position, from which to reach both the Ionian and the Adriatic coasts, just 10 minutes by car, with Salento and Valle d'Itria close at hand. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, with an enchanting garden and equipped patio where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation.

The 50 sqm apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a building and has an independent entrance: there are 4 steps to access it.

The interior space is composed as follows:

- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, mini fridge, moka and microwave

- Living room equipped with two single sofa beds and split AC

- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, split AC and TV

- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box

The exterior has a patio equipped with umbrella, two deck chairs and table with four chairs, and a garden with olive trees (2 steps to access it). Parking space inside the gate is available.

ATTENTION: In the patio there are some stairs that lead to the roof of the hypogeum below, be careful if you are traveling with children.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, heating by heat pumps, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

The apartment is located in Squinzano, an important center in the province of Lecce, from which it is about 17 km away. Squinzano is the most northern town of Salento and is the ideal starting point for exploring the area, being located halfway between the Ionian and Adriatic coasts.

Among the various attractions, its churches deserve to be visited:

- Chiesa Matrice, dedicated to the patron saint San Nicola, where it is possible to admire the valuable wooden choir, carved in 1843 by the cabinetmaker Giuseppe Fella di Oria;

- Romanesque Church of Santa Maria delle Cerrate, dating back to the 12th century, probably built on a pre-existing Basilian structure;

- Church of the Annunciation, dating back to 1628, which houses an elegant eighteenth-century organ, placed next to the high altar, surmounted by an image of the Virgin Mary;

- Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, built from 1559 to 1583, then completely rebuilt and enlarged to three naves towards the end of the 17th century. It is accompanied by statues, paintings and relics;

- Maria Regina Church, completed in 1969, with an oval structure in a modern style.

Near the accommodation we point out the presence of an excellent takeaway pizzeria (052), a renowned pastry / ice cream parlor (Delizie), a well-stocked bakery / biscuit factory (Forno di pietra). Bars and supermarkets are within 200 meters, the first pharmacy is 850 meters away.

- From Brindisi Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi (30 minutes, 35 km).

- From Squinzano Station, the apartment can be easily reached on foot in 7 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment has a private parking space inside the garden. Street parking is free on white lines in the surrounding streets (NOT guaranteed).
