Lovely hotel! Very clean, staff were very courteous and always willing to help. Only negative that I have is that there was not a hair dryer in the room!??? Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The shower in the men’s spa area was so full of mold, and it was very dirty. Our bathroom in our room had a tile that was completely lifted probably because of water getting in the massage that my husband had he had mentioned to the service provider numerous times that he did not want anything but his back and shoulder massaged and she did what she wanted to do and didn’t listen to him so thank God we had 20% off the service. The food was great. The people you have working in your bar area are young and inexperienced and you could tell they weren’t very accommodating and somewhat dismissive but everything else was great.

Had to request housekeeping twice, once at 4.20pm, then again at 5.50pm as rooom hadn’t been serviced, also had to request more tea/coffee items as this hadn’t been replenished either. As this was October week the hotel was very busy and we couldn’t get a table for bar service, although the hotel did suggest making reservations at the time of booking , we just didn’t know it was October week.

The restaurants in the hotel look primarily to an internal patio that has no Ocean views. Notwithstanding that the site where the hotels sits in has a wonderful Ocean view. A great view was wasted by the architect that designed the hotel.
