You are located just minutes from all that St. Augustine has to offer, starting with the quaint historic downtown within walking distance over the beautiful Bridge of Lions. Relax at local beaches and enjoy amazing restaurants right down the road. Or stay home and enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine on our beautiful decks.

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing, I can’t say enough good things! The home was beautiful and clearly designed with guests in mind. They had everything needed. We had a group of seven, and everyone felt comfortable with plenty of space. The owner’s communication was excellent from start to finish. A 10/10 stay—don’t hesitate to book!

We had such a great stay! This was our annual sister trip and the accommodation was our favorite of any trip so far! The home is clean and comfortable. The location is great! We walked to historic downtown every day and there are plenty of food choices nearby. The short drive to many beaches was nice too. If it’s not on your list, drive by Magnolia Ave in Vilano for a fun photo op! Thanks for sharing your home.

There is definitely a reason why this place has so many 5 star reviews. It was perfect! Propane was out on the fire pit and they had it fixed within an hour. Truly amazing hosts, comfortable beds, adorable setting!

It is close enough to downtown to walk. Paul, our host, was very attentive and answered all of our questions very quickly. I would highly recommend this lovely “Cottage over the Bridge”!

Not only was the home and its decor spacious and stunning (exceeding the lovely pictures online), the hosts and property manager were incredibly accommodating. The location could not have been better, as it is right between the beach and historic downtown St. Augustine. It was one of our favorite stays ever. :)

Wow! This home was beautiful and comfy! Best sleeping beds our adult family has ever slept on. We all joked that we were getting new mattresses when we got home. Quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and had so many amenities and extra supplies that made our trip easy and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the location was perfect—close to downtown but still quiet and relaxing. The hosts were professional and kind, even when my daughter accidentally broke a lamp. Everything was handled smoothly and with understanding. We would absolutely love to come back and stay again if they’ll have us!
