This is the downstairs unit of a 1922 duplex, positioned within walking distance of the Castillo de San Marcos, boutique shops, and fine dining. Sorry, no pets.

High ceilings, tile floors, and natural light fill the open-concept living room, where a smart TV and comfortable seating make it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. A dedicated workspace is also available for anyone needing to check in on work.

Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms include queen beds with fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets for restful nights. This unit sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 beds. If you're booking the entire property, both the upstairs and downstairs units together, the combined space sleeps 8.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and toaster, giving you everything needed to prepare your own meals.

Bathroom
The full bathroom features a bathtub, hot water, and a hair dryer, along with essentials for your stay.

Outdoor space & access
Relax on the front porch with swing chairs, taking in the neighborhood's quiet, historic streets. This unit has its own private entrance, and there is no interior connection between the upstairs and downstairs units, so your stay is fully self-contained once inside. The backyard, however, is shared with the upstairs unit rather than private to this listing, since you're booking only the downstairs half of the duplex. Laundry facilities are located on the rear porch for your convenience.
