A beautiful clean home! The beds are UH-MAZING. We were able to walk to Winery and Ice Plant. The location was a perfect proximity to all of the historic district and restaurants. Owner was always quick to respond to any questions. If you’re not sure - BOOK IT, you’ll be glad you did.

Location, location, location. If you've been to St Augustine before, you know that parking can be an annoying nightmare. This home is located within easy walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do in St Augustine. The home appears to be brand new inside and out with tasteful furnishings, wall hanging and lighting. There are no coeny, cliche signs on the walls and the bedrooms and bathrooms were large enough to be more than comfortable. You can tell that the owners took their time choosing furniture and decor and that was greatly appreciated. Again, I can't say enough about the location. Being able to walk to all of the attractions and restaurants is priceless.

Our family had an amazing experience here over Christmas. The home was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. One of the biggest highlights was how close it was to the Night of Lights. The kids especially loved the outdoor fire pit, which was perfect for winding down in the evenings and making great family memories. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for a smooth, stress-free stay. The host was responsive and helpful, and everything was exactly as described.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting St. Augustine.

Cory was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating - also gave lots of area recommendations with maps and coupons in the home. Everything was clean and well appointed, even decorated for Christmas. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. It felt like home. We walked everywhere, hitting all of our highlights including Nights of Lights. We also enjoyed the fun 90s trivia game, back porch and firepit. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

The house was spotless. Looked exactly like the photos. We loved our weekend stay. It is a bit of a walk to the middle of the historic district but was still doable! Will definitely have this on the list for another stay!
