This lovely first floor unit offers wood like ceramic tile, new doors, trim and molding throughout and granite countertops! The expanded kitchen has spacious cabinets and a utility room with a pocket door to close off the full size washer and dryer.

Every bedroom has a flat screen TV/DVD combo and the living room has a new 42 inch LCD HD TV. New beds throughout include a king in the primary bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom that we call the "Crow's Nest".

All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom.

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
