Overall, this is a nice place to stay. The condo balcony has a nice view of the ocean. Very well outfitted with all kinds of kitchen appliances and utensils. Nice location close to restaurants and beach. Nice heated pool. Parking was just outside the unit for convenience. The only two criticisms would be that the floors were somewhat dirty (housekeeping should mop floors) and there were multiple cable outages. We were without tv and internet for 3 to 4 days. The property management stated that a manager would contact me to offer some kind of adjustment but I never heard from them.
