Tämä 1200 neliömetrin, 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen kanssa täysin kalustettu kaupunkiasunto on St. Augustine Beach, kätevällä paikalla lähellä rannan kauppoja ja ravintoloita ja alle 6 km: n päässä St. Augustine. Kiinteistössä on 2 uima-allasta (yksi lämmitetään talvella) ja yksityinen rantatie rantatiellä.

Yksikön ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on oma 1-auton kiinnitetty autotalli täysikokoisella pesukoneella ja kuivaajalla, kylpyhuone, täysin varustettu keittiö, ruokailutila, tilava olohuone, jossa vuodesohva ja patio, jossa on pöytä ja tuolit.

Yksikön toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja toinen kylpyhuone. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, paljon kaappitilaa, TV (kaapelilla) ja oma parveke. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, vaatekaappi, TV (pelijärjestelmille, ei kaapelia) ja oma terassi.

Kaikki pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet on kalustettu. Keittiö on täysin varustettu astiat, ruokailuvälineet, kattilat / pannut, leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin, Crock Pot ja Keurig-kahvinkeitin. Hiiligrilli on myös saatavana käytettäväksi.

Laitteessa on myös WiFi, kaapeli-TV, DVD-soitin (olohuoneessa), pelit / palapelit, rantatuolit ja rantalelut.

Emme salli tupakointia tai lemmikkejä.

Alle mailin (noin 2 minuutin) päässä yhteisöstä on Anastasia Plaza, jolla on vähittäiskauppiaita, kuten Publix, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, kiinalainen take-out, Sea Oats Cafe ja useita muita ravintoloita ja kauppoja.

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Fiesta Falls Mini-Golf. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

This was a great place to stay in St. Augustine Beach! We come down to the area about once a year if we can and are always looking for a good spot that has the beach access and a pool and this one has two! The complex shows a little bit of age but it still does what it needs to and we had no issues and enjoyed it completely! The inside is spacious and has everything you could possibly need, they even had puzzles and bikes! We noticed a few spots that the cleaners missed but we just cleaned them up and it was not an issue. My only concern was the master bed was too firm for us and we were a a little sore in the mornings but I mentioned it to the owners on our way out and they have already said they will be getting a plush topper for it. The owners are excellent communicators. They reached out to us many times to make sure we were good and able to gain access and made everything so easy. Honestly, of all the places we have stayed, the Olsons were the best. They obviously care about their townhouse and the people who are staying there. Thanks again Drew and Felicia! We will see you again next time for sure!

Girls Trip

Three friends and I stayed here for one of our yearly girls' trips. The condo was well kept, supplied with everything we needed, and had great, easy access to the beach and pool. The host was so nice to keep in touch with us to make sure we got there okay and that everything was as it should be. Check in and check out instructions were simple and easy to follow. All of the furnishings are nice and comfortable. We felt safe, and we enjoyed meeting new people at the pool area. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Our group ranges in ages between 71 and 45. This place was perfect for all of us. We didn't experience anything negative during our stay. We will keep this on our list of places to go!

everything you need

Just what we needed for a short and sweet staycation for our family. Unit is perfectly located a few steps from the pool and a short walk to the ocean. Having the garage is such a bonus for storing all your beach toys/gear, definitely a plus from other condos we’ve stayed in. We’ll be back for sure.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Location was great and the overall rental experience was top notch. The owner reached out multiple times to check on us to see if we had any questions on the area and provided us a couple of spots we visited that we loved. Amazing Vacation

This is our second time at this location and it just can't be beat! Everything you could possibly need is here in this residence including plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, kitchen equipment, games. You get the picture. Drew is the best host I've ever worked with. He had great suggestions for restaurants in the area and was quick to answer any questions we had. We can't wait to come back!

Nothing good to say

(1) The storm door on front door is broken/does not close tightly. For this community, it was a safety/security issue. (2) The downstairs bathroom smells rancid, and the sounds coming from the tank after the toilet is flushes are horrible. (3) There is duct tape on the bottom step which has obviously been there for a while. (4) The first actual stair step leading upstairs is not level and is a fall hazard. (5) There is a styrofoam cup on the top shelf of the refrigerator which says “Please leave in center-back. Catching drip until get fixed.” (6) There is rust on the shelves in the freezer, sludge under the drawers in the refrigerator from aforementioned drip, and the refrigerator was not cleaned prior to our arrival. (7) In the upstairs bathroom, the bathroom door is coming apart at the bottom, and there is a rubber door stopper to keep the door from closing on its own. (8) There were long black/brunette hairs everywhere, including in the upstairs bathroom as well as all over the floor of the bedroom with the king sized bed, which we cleaned up. (9) There are broken horizontal blinds in both bedrooms and in the living room. (10) The patio furniture is so rusted, a few of the chairs are too dangerous to sit in. The assumption is obviously that renters are going to tear the place up, so no repairs/ maintenance/cleaning have been done. I’ve paid less for actual ocean view condos and have had amazing experiences. The complete opposite was the case here. Very disappointing.

Perfect location, nice stay

We have vacationed in St. Augustine as a family for the past 5 years. We tried this property for the first time, and we plan to keep returning. The location is perfect, the community is nice and secure, and the beach is SO close. Highly recommend this unit and beach condo community.

Great Stay

This home was exactly as described. Place was clean and had most of the comforts of home. Very close to beach, kids esp loved the pool! Very close to anything you may need. Owner was VERY responsive and helpful. Great trip!

This is an excellent property, well located in the area. The owners are very much in touch with you and easily accessible. The listing does not show access to 2 cruiser type bikes which makes getting around even easier. Excellent cable/TV access, AC, pool and of course the beach!

Great location, townhome, beach & pool

The property was in great location with easy access to all St Augustine Beach businesses & restaurants. Quick & easy walk to beach access on the property. 2 pools but didn’t use either. The townhome has a garage which is a plus! Lots of beach towels & equipment. Kitchen had everything you needed. The owner Drew was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We hope to stay again!

Wonderful Vacation Location

We stayed for 6 weeks, the location was great, the community was quiet, safe and friendly. Drew was easy to work with and quick with suggestions of events to attend and restaurants to visit. The proximity of the pool, easy walk to the beach (Gopher Tortoises to see in the dunes) and several walkable restaurants made our 1st visit to St. Augustine most enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Everything you would need was available and on hand. The location was AMAZING. Communication was EXCELLENT. Looking to book again for this summer!!!! Would definitely recommend it!!!
