This house was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable for 2 couples. Trolley and coffee/breakfast shop is close by. We had a great time in St. Augustine and even got to extend our stay for a night without any issues, which was awesome - thanks Kenneth!! Would definitely stay here again.

Location was across the street from hop on hop off trolley which is a great way to get history about area and get around without driving. Host was great about responding to any questions/concerns. Property was as listed and we were able to walk and trolley everywhere. Many restaurants near by for breakfast lunch and dinner. We packed a lot into a short stay and will definitely be back. The home has everything you need and space to play board games in the evenings.

Beds were not super comfy to me but not a deal breaker.We would probably stay again. Only gave 1 star for the Winery because we didn’t visit the Winery.

Everything that I was looking for

Everything that I was looking for in a vacation home. The check-in was very easy, the communication with Kenneth the host was amazing, he was extremely professional, very courteous and polite.The property is very nice and clean. Close to all the historic buildings, the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. I wanted to spend some time with my mom in a nice, clean and quiet place, and this property went above and beyond of what I was looking for. I planned to visit again. St. Augustine is an amazing place. Thank you so much Kenneth for your hospitality.
