Making the most of this quiet location which is near to St Austell train station. A short drive takes you to Charlestown (1.5 miles), a pristine working port that has gained fame as a filming location for TV and films including Poldark and Alice in Wonderland. Nearby Carlyon Bay (2 miles) has a fabulous coastline with great walks. Within 6 miles you will find wonderful attractions including the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Cornwall is home to some of the UK’s most fascinating landmarks for you to explore and if you want to seek some retail therapy, Truro offers a great shopping experience and has a stunning Cathedral, just 15 miles away.

There are several steps up to the entrance of this semi-detached property. Step into the light and welcoming entrance hall, hang up your coats and head through to the living room. This room has plenty of seating for everyone to cosy up and watch a film on the Smart TV after a day exploring. Head through to the games room and play a game of darts or pool, fun for all the family. The generous kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you’ll need to create a feast for everyone, which can be enjoyed around the dining table. The utility area has a washing machine, and there’s also a cloakroom with a WC. Head upstairs to find all the bedrooms: a king-size with a Smart TV and an en-suite double, both with dressing tables and plenty of hanging space. There is also a spacious twin room and a bunk bedroom, perfect for children. Completing the first floor is a family bathroom and WC.

Head outside from the kitchen/diner or the games room onto the terrace where there’s seating to enjoy a dinner alfresco. Steps also lead up to a second terrace. The rear driveway has parking for one car.
