Someone walked in my room in the middle of the night without knocking. Disturbing and couldn’t sleep the night. All that was offered was 50% off my meal the night before and an apology. The fact I couldn’t sleep not feeling safe, eventually did fall asleep and missed my flight had to book another flight car hire extended and delayed to my next destination. Common sense and The least they could have done was offer my whole stay for free for the inconvenience of the whole event. Someone else may not be so kind and understanding as I was. Poor service.

Stunning location and amazing staff. Tony the concierge and the clean team were amazing. Felt like a home away from home. Directly on a beautiful beach with a few lovely restaurants near by. Unfortunately no pubs near by, have to head into a town for those or drink at the hotel bar. Spa facilities are great but the sauna is a little dated.

Staff were all excellent, all very pleasant and very attentive. Turndown service every evening was especially kind. Breakfasts were fantastic with a wonderful selection of quality food. We enjoyed the beautiful sea view and balcony despite it being autumn. Swimming pool facility was excellent. Relaxing stay that could not have been much better. Bar, afternoon tea and evening meal were much enjoyed. Car parks extremely easy. Hotel steps out onto St Brelade's promenade. All areas were clean and tidy. What a super place to spend time! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Traditional, older style spa hotel but exceptionally well maintained. Excellent food and service. Great pool and spa facilities. We had a fabulous large family suite and the only small negative was the poor water pressure for the shower. Overall a really great stay.

Really loved the staff they were all so friendly and very helpful and practical. I thought the hotel looked a bit tired and needed modernising with small old fashioned bedrooms but bathroom clean and serviceable. The grill restaurant gave us an excellent meal. Cocktails were great. My Atlantic cod dish was SUPERB!!
