🐾 No Pets Allowed
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping inside the home. This includes all rooms and common areas.
🎉 No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
👥 Occupancy: The base rate includes up to 16 guests. An additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding that number.
🪑 Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
🗑️ Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the provided bins.
🚽 Plumbing: Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
❄️ Winter Travel: From December through March, 4WD and snow tires or chains are highly recommended due to snow and mountain road conditions.
❌No parking is allowed in the garage or on the street. Please note that street-parked vehicles may be towed within an hour, and VISTAY cannot be responsible or intervene in any towing situations.


🏖️ Clubhouse & Beach Access

Access to the community clubhouse and beach requires a fob, which is located on the hook by the pantry.

The fob has an AirTag attached and must be returned to the same location after use.

A $150 fee will apply if the fob is lost.

A temporary access code can also be provided through the app if needed.

🔥 Home Care & Safety

Blinds: Please close all blinds before leaving.

Thermostat: Set the temperature to 64°F in winter and 72°F in summer before checkout.

Stove: Always turn on the hood fan when using the stove.

Grill: Please clean the grill after each use.

Game Room: Please follow the posted Game Room Rules (refer to the BLLR picture on the wall for reference).
