Tired condo good location and size

The condo was in a good location but is just in need of TLC. Very minimal effort to make it an amazing stay but overall clean and lots of space. Just needs some tidying and handiwork. Messy closets, one bathroom didn’t work at all, beds weren’t totally made, no real host effort for coffee or welcoming items. Just a stay and sleep situation. For that it is clean and large. Beautiful view and balcony.

Comfortable with great view

The condo was nice and provided a comfortable place to stay while in St George. The balcony was especially nice and provided an amazing view of the city and mesa. Also, very close to several of the facility's swimming pools.

Great stay, hiker's paradise

We visited for 2 weeks from South Carolina. We loved the condo and St. George. We hiked Zion 3 days, Bryce Canyon 2 days, Snow Canyon State Park 2 days and North Rim Grand Canyon 1 day. We played golf at Ledges. Every day was unique and beautiful. Rented eBikes at Ledges to ride Snow Canyon. The condo was fantastic, top floor with awesome views. Balcony morning coffee and evening dinner was the best. Bryce Canyon and the North Rim were long drives but the others were not.

Great condo!

We loved our stay! This is a great condo. It was very clean when we arrived and has a beautiful view from the balcony. We also appreciated having 3 bathrooms. Location is good - It's a short walk to the pools and clubhouse. We also loved having the Grip (a ninja warrior place) right by the clubhouse. I would offer one improvement to the grounds - it would be nice to have some umbrellas near the pool since St. George gets so hot. There was hardly any shade. Also some of the chairs were very used and sagging.

Management was fantastic

Really enjoyed the property and amenities. The pools/basketball courts/pickleball and clubhouse were fun. Management group was VERY fast to respond and really helpful. Would recommend!

What a view.

Imagine staying in a three bedroom three bathroom condo on the third floor with South and East facing windows overlooking some of the most beautiful southern Utah landscape. The patio wraps around the back to provide both an outdoor patio kitchen table with shade or an area for lounging in the sun. If you have teenagers, you will need that extra bathroom this condo provides. Pickleball Course are a short walk away. Hot tubs, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and rollerskating all on the complex. Although we felt we had privacy, we were also 20 minutes away from Tuacahn, 20 minutes away from Snow Canyon, and five minutes away from Tonaquint tennis park. Next time we will stay a full week.

Nice place in St George

Property was nice with lots of pools. Too bad there was pavement construction around which was a bit noisy. Apt was very well equipped in the kitchen, though we only cooked breakfast there. The Living room furniture has been changed out from the picture, which was a little surprising and the coffee tables had some glass ring stains and some carpet stains. The outdoor space was where we spent most of our time when at the condo- lovely! Though the cushions on the comfy chairs were ripped. My 84 year old mother really enjoyed all the pools, though the water was a bit cold for me. We ate at some fantastic places for dinner: Irmita's Casita- Wonderful Mexican food at reasonable prices Cliffside Restaurant- Fantastic food, fantastic views (you need a reservation) Red Fort Cuisine of India- large place with excellent Indian food and reasonable priced. We had brunch at Tifiny's Creparie- WONDERFUL! Lovely drives thru Snow Canyon and Kolob Canyon in Zion and the Kayenta Art village in Ivins had beautiful art pieces to look at and buy.

Pre-Christmas getaway

This property was very nice. There are new leather couches that are not reflected in the photos. I chose this property because there was enough couch/chair seating for 8 people so I was a little disappointed that there was only seating for six. We ended up bringing a bedroom chair and a patio chair so we could all sit together in the living room. Overall a wonderful, clean, nice property.

Great Condo

Exactly as pictured and well stocked. The only thing missing was coffee filters and we left some there. It was clean and very comfortable with great mountain views. Loved having a washer and dryer after a week on the road in this spacious condo. We used the pools, basketball court and fitness center. Complex is quiet and clean. This is my favorite condo place to stay in St. George.

Clean with a great location

This condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and two kids. We came to St. George for a family reunion and this condo was located right by the main picnic and was also a good location for other restaurants and activities in St. George. The unit was clean and a great gathering place at the end of the day. My kids also loved all the different swimming pools behind the clubhouse.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Los Palmas #510. Very clean, and great views. Would recommend to small families or couples. Only advice to prospective renters is that the pools are very family-friendly (lotsa loud kids in the summer). So if looking for quiet getaway time, maybe pursue after school starts. Only suggestion is to install carports in the parking area, particularly for really hot summer months.
