Stay at The Vue #30 in beautiful Green Valley—an immaculate, well-lit 5 BD/4.5 BA luxury townhome designed for effortless comfort. Perfect for family/groups, it sleeps 19 with ease and features two water heaters for warm showers. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining, two spacious living rooms, and a variety of amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, pickleball and basketball courts, and more. Just 10 minutes from golf courses, trails, parks, and top restaurants—your perfect getaway awaits!

What to expect:

Main Floor - The main floor's open layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining (indoor and outdoor), and living areas, creating a comfortable space for everyone to gather. Enjoy cozy seating, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a full-sized dining table, fridge, stove, microwave, BBQ and more—everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together.

Second Floor - The second level offers three private master suites, each with a luxury King bed, spacious ensuite bathroom, and washer and dryer unit. Enjoy large walk-in tile showers, while the upgraded master suite boasts a double vanity and private balcony for an extra touch of luxury.

Third Floor - The third-floor features two additional bedrooms—one with two twin bunk beds and the other with two double bunk beds. A full bathroom with a tub and a family room with a TV and games. Step out onto the spacious balcony with outdoor seating and a game table, or relax on the smaller, cozy balcony.

Enjoy these additional amenities, including a ping pong table, a single-car garage with two additional parking spots, and nearby spaces. Located just an hour from Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, and Snow Canyon, with several hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. You're less than 30 minutes from the new PGA Black Desert Golf Course and several others in between. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi in the townhome and at the pool, and enjoy added conveniences like pool towels, pickleball equipment, a basketball, and an ice chest. We also provide a highchair, two pack-and-plays, and individual room thermostats for your comfort. For those who need to work while away, two master suites on the second-floor feature desks. This place was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! The house is also only one unit away from the pool, making it very convenient. The home was clean and all the furniture was in excellent condition. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay and host was easy to work with

The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly is described online. We did experience quite a bit of static shock all around the house, which was interesting. Other than that, everything was perfect! The host was very easy to work with and quick to respond.

Fun in the sun

We had a very comfortable stay this weekend in St. George. Steve has a nice property here. There were just a couple things that we noticed. One, the dishwasher leaves the dishes wet and we had to hand dry them. Two, the largest pot was rather small. It would’ve been nice to have a larger stock pot for meals. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, the furnishings and amenities were excellent, and the location is fantastic. The pool was just right.
