Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space located within the Saint James gated community! Views of the Marina & Intracoastal Waterway from your screened in patio, 36+ miles of biking /walking trails, 5.9 miles to Oak Island, and 8.9 miles to downtown Southport.
The space
Park just steps away from the entrance to your ground level condo! As you walk in there is a full bath to left and queen bedroom to right. Continue straight to access open dining, kitchen and living room spaces. Leading off the living room are glass sliding doors for access to large screened-in porch. Master king bedroom with full bathroom including jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and two sinks! Large patio with outdoor furniture perfect for catching sunrise/sunset over the marina & the intracoastal waterway!
Guest access
You have access to all areas in your space with exception to the locked owners closet and separate Unit A! As our guest - you are offered a discount with our partner Fish N Faith Charters - get picked up right out your door by boat! Inquire with your host for more details!

Each person is supplied one beach towel, one bath towel, and one wash cloth.

OMGosh!! Perfection. The condo is beautiful and looks right out into the marina. Quick walk to Beacon for a delicious burger. Get the shrimp appetizer, soooo good. The unit is decorated beautifully. I need to know where the tree wall sculpture came from. So lovely. Everything in the condo is high quality, even the towels. I have never felt as immediately comfortable in a rental space as I did here. Gia was so responsive and gave such good directions and local suggestions. We were in St. James to house hunt. It’s an amazing community. We found our dream house and will be back a few more times while we get settled in. This will definitely be our “go to” VRBO for friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is a perfect location with a pretty view of the marina. The condo has everything- very convenient. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area. St James is the perfect neighborhood for walks and enjoying the outdoors. We also ate at Beacon and loved it- very short walk from condo and beautiful views of the marina and water there.

Knot a Care is a jewel! It is convenient to the Marina close by (we enjoyed the Marina restaurant open 8-8 as well as Southport and Oak Island Beach). The view of the marina is postcard worthy, even more enjoyable from the lovely screened porch. I loved sitting out on the porch with morning coffee. The condo was immaculate - very clean and so well stocked with all of the essentials! We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you, Gia!!!

Great communication from the host throughout the entire process. The property is in a wonderful location with beautiful views of the St James Marina from your back porch. Condo was nicely accomodated with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. My spouse and I enjoyed our stay there.

Just what we were looking for

The location was perfect, close to Beacon Restaurant, easy location to get to everywhere we wanted to go in St. James Plantation. Close to some of the clubs as well. Knot a Care was a great size too, got us thinking about buying a condo in the same area instead of building, but that was fleeting as we have a great lot. We definitely can see coming back a number of times while we are building. The place was very clean, I did have to execute a very few Palmetto Bugs (4), but not a big deal they comes with the territory. Our only concern was that a couple of the ceiling vents needed a real scrubbing. The screen porch was a place we spent a lot of time in when we were there. Once again it was a great place and great location. Also want to thank Gia for her help as first time users of VRBO, we had couple of issues finding the place. Thank you, SH

Relaxation while enjoying the marina

Beautiful spot overlooking marina. Immaculate condo, spacious rooms with screened-in patio. No stairs, on ground floor. Quiet area with excellent decor. Very comfortable furniture, especially the beds. Short drive to Oak Island and Southport.
