From the hand-crafted stone columns that greet you upon your arrival to this exquisite distinctive escape, to the unparalleled elegance of the graceful cinderella staircase and lighted cobblestone pathways. Welcoming you to your new home away from home. This villa commands unique and astounding over180-degree views over the ocean and mountains of St. John and is one of the few properties that permits both sunrise and sunset views. You can spend hours enjoying the remarkable views. As you drink your morning coffee the sunrise beckons a new and glorious day on your favorite island of St. John and in the evening, the sunset view provides an astonishing backdrop to reminisce on the adventures of the day.

Upon entering the villa, you are met with light and spacious living to be enjoyed in the air-conditioned great room, the patio, or the private pool area while soaking in the sweeping views. The living and dining open up to the expansive pool terrace. A large designer sofa in the great room makes for relaxing and comfortable entertaining. The great room is complete with flat-screen smart TV, WIFI and free high-speed internet.

The fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen also provides an open atmosphere with a view of the ocean and Fish Bay as well as easy access to the terrace and pool.

This lovely abode boasts three individual air-conditioned en-suites, which also offer views of the colorful landscape, ocean views, flat-screen smart TVs and high-speed internet. Two of the en-suites have their own private pool access.

The panoramic patio terrace provides space for outdoor dining as well as enjoying the covered arbor for grilling, enjoying the new pizza oven, and exchanging stories of the day while entertaining around the pool. The newly refurbished 12' x 22' salt water pool is 5' deep and designed to smoothly merge with the unobstructed view. The pool area includes 4 lounge chairs to soak in the sun and allow the Caribbean breezes to beckon you to stay.

Now we have added a fully equipped, beautiful home gym with free weights, kettle bells, treadmill, elliptical machine, functional trainer, yoga mats, blocks and straps, and pilates equipment, etc. with its own full bathroom.

The giant flamboyant tree is set on a privileged site along the cobblestone sitting area, where your calm awaits you. The peace of the colorful landscape will surround whether you are enjoying your favorite book or as warm nights, coqui frogs and starry skies delight your senses.

The villa is embedded into the charming, natural, serene setting of quiet and beautiful Fish Bay. Just an easy and totally concreted drive 12 minutes from Cruz Bay and 20 minutes from North Shore beaches. The parking pad offers lots of space for up to three vehicles.

This house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay in St John. But we were unable to use the third bedroom and the gym. They both had a very strong mildew smell, the third bedroom had a dehumidifier but it wasn’t keeping up. The gym had a mildew smell that was so strong we could smell it from the parking pad with the gym doors closed. The housekeeper came over the first day and cleaned the walls and smell was gone. However as soon as doors and windows were closed again for a/c the smell came back. Fortunately we had 2 children that were content with an air mattress in the living room and we stayed in the house. If we would have needed the other bedroom would have needed to find another accommodation. I hate to give bad reviews but in this case feel that people need to make sure this problem is resolved before they rent the home.

Sea Vista Villa - Great!

Spent four nights at the Sea Vista Villa. Absolutely Awesome! The views are amazing and the home accommodating. Communication from the owner was very detailed and appreciated! Definitely recommend this property!A couple thoughts for future guests:The 3rd bedroom on the lower lever only has exterior access and limited views - could be a factor for those guests.Our house liaison Luzmey, did a great job in helping with details prior to our arrival. You will want to coordinate your taxi service and driver in advance of your arrival. The driveway to the home is a challenge for larger vehicles. Some taxis are not able to take you to the front door. Alvin was our driver and was phenomenal! Great experience!

Fabulous House

As it was our first visit to St John, we weren’t completely sure what to expect; this house far exceeded our expectations! My husband and son loved the gym (it was better than advertised) and my daughter and I loved the pool and pool deck. The outdoor kitchen is wonderful and the views from the pool deck are breathtaking!! Would definitely reserve this house again without hesitation

Gorgeous Views

This property had everything you could want and more. It was stocked with everything we needed including cooking supplies, beach paraphernalia and more. The villa was very clean and had gorgeous views. We were met by Virgil, who told us where to shop for food and then we followed him to the house. So check in went very smoothly. A few things to mention. 1. While we were there, the island was experiencing power failures. This was certainly not the owner’s fault. But it should be noted that the villa had no backup generator. Every two hours the power cut off for two more hours. On for two, off for two. It was difficult when it was off. It was extremely hot, and we were left in the dark. There were two flashlights but we felt there could have been lanterns or something to provide more light. 2. The bathroom in the bedroom off the kitchen was “open air”. It’s stated in the listing but we didn’t know exactly what that meant. It means there are cutouts in the wall of the shower open to the outside. No screens. So bugs could and did come in. Also, the water pressure in that shower was very weak and the water was either cold or scalding. 3. The third bedroom can only be reached from the outside. It had a very musty smell. We didn’t use that room at all so the smell may have cleared up if we had used the air conditioner. Other than what has been mentioned, we enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool and the outdoor kitchen.

Million Dollar View

Everyone in our party of 6, loved this house and the view! The home was nicely furnished inside and out. The kitchen had anything you could possibly want. There’s a nice outdoor kitchen, but we did not take advantage of it as much as we should have. The pool was, also, very nice. With a wonderful view, comes a winding route up to the top of the island. You will definitely want to have a jeep. I would also make your first drive to the house, in the daylight. The roads are definitely memorable! LOL I would very much recommend this beautiful property.

Great view, beautiful home but poor management and experience

The home is beautiful but I do want to share a few concerns: 1. On day 4 the house lost power and when it came back on, the treadmill had a code and would not work. On Tues, I messaged the house manager and asked her to come by and bring a screwdriver to fix the problem She said she would be over the next day. She never showed. When I messaged her the next day she said she would be there on Monday. Well we were departing on Sat. She never communicated that she was not coming as promised. I rented the villa because of the gym and the treadmill was a big part of that. 2. On night we ran out of cooking gas while our private chef in the middle of cooking. There was only one gas tank hooked up. When the manager arrived she said the grill valve must have been left on by the prior guests and it happens all the time. Shouldn’t that have been checked before our arrival? Our dinner was completely ruined and I had To pay the chef extra for his time as he had to stay longer to cook the meal. 3. The shower head in the bedroom on the left side has barely a trickle of water. 4. Be warned…the lower bedroom is basically viewless and only accessible from outside. When you have 3 couples it is unfortunate that one couple has to use the dark, outside access only room.

Great experience overlooking Fish Bay

Our vacation rental experience at the Sea Vista Villa was just incredible. The property was very well kept and updated. From the cleanliness to the manicured landscape it was a first class experience. The communication with the owner and the property manager was helpful and made the check in thru check out process a breeze.

High End Rental with Views for Miles

We have been coming to St. John every year for 10 years and this was the best experience we have ever had. The home is immaculate with everything you need and more! The outdoor patio, pool, and grilling area are a huge bonus that really defines this home. The added bonus of a lovely air conditioned gym was perfect for our family who really values working out every day. We had children ages 2-11 and had no problems at all with the outdoor space or infinity pool. It would be very difficult to launch yourself off of the edge and even if you did there are stairs on the other side and not a huge cliff like most homes in St. John. The kids loved the open air bathroom shower which attracts tree frogs and lizards to its bars each night! I have no negatives to write about because this is a one of a kind find on our beautiful island.

Perfect house in a quiet part of St. John

This house was perfect for our first trip to St. John. It's located in quiet Fish Bay, but still a quick trip to anywhere on the island. We enjoyed renting a 4x4 jeep to get to all of the beaches on North Shore and Coral Bay. We did go to the Westin twice which was only 5 mins drive to catch 2 excursions with Cruz Bay Watersports (the Night Kayaks and the Pizza Pi Snorkel trip). The house has everything we needed and was very comfortable for 2 adults and our 2 children (8 and 12). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. Beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, etc available for our use. The pool was our favorite way to end the day watching the sunset behind the mountain. Luzmey greeted us at the house and helped answer all of our questions. We hope to return again in the future!

Slice of Heaven!

From the adventurous ride in our rented jeep to what feels like the top of the world- Sea Vista Villa did not disappoint. Amazing views. Especially the stars at night. Great location. Wonderful home. Everything you need for the beach, snorkeling, and relaxing ag the pool. The outdoor kitchen is awesome. We cooked and ate in most nights. Owner and property manager were great to work with. Timely communication and great info. We highly recommend this wonderful home and a vacation to ST John. Loved hiking and snorkeling and just spending time together as a family. A Wonderful Stay at Sea Vista Villa

Our family (6 adults, 1 toddler) had a wonderful stay at Sea Vista Villa for a milestone birthday for our father. The views were incredible, including both sunrise and sunset views and gorgeous ocean views. The house had everything we needed for our stay (including everything from many sizes of snorkel gear and beach gear to baby/child items to frozen cups for frozen drinks). The kitchen was well-stocked and all appliances functioned great. We loved the pool and the deck with an outdoor kitchen and plentiful seating (the pool deck area requires very close supervision for young children but our toddler absolutely loved splashing in the pool). Communication with Luzmey was great and the one small issue we had was fixed immediately. We very much appreciated Virgil meeting us upon arrival to show us the way to the house as well since the roads in St John are quite difficult to get used to, particularly in the dark (a Jeep or similar 4x4 vehicle is a must!). All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back and enthusiastically recommend Sea Vista Villa to others visiting St. John!

Holiday at Fish Bay

Great place! We have stayed at a few other places on the island and this was by far the best. The furnishings were nice, the kitchen well stocked and the view incomparable.
