This property is older and needs a little TLC. The beds were comfy and the room is clean. A refresh would go a long way. We found the checkin to be extremely long considering we were asked to pre-check in.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is showing its age a bit, but we were comfortable and enjoyed the self-catering aspect of our room. Location is a bit of a distance to downtown, but the Avalon Mall is close by and very nice for shopping.

We enjoyed a spacious room with a comfy king bed. It was nice to have all the kitchen amenities to have our own breakfast at our pace. We are staying again at the end of our trip through Newfounland. Highly recommend.
