Restaurant reservations must be done on app. App isn’t user friendly, you can only make reservations 1-2 days in advance not same day. Therefore you're stuck with buffet restaurant. Pool/beach bar kept running out of drinks, or ingredients to make cocktails. There was an unpleasant smell walking through outdoor areas and near pools.

If you don’t expect much from a ‘5-star’ resort, this would be an ideal place. The location and facilities are good for a leisurely holiday; however the general attitude of the staff and their service would leave you feel unwelcome and could significantly dampen your overall experience. Not something that you’d normally expect from a luxury resort that charges premium rates.

Me an my partner stayed here for 5 nights an we did not like this hotel at all there was no where to eat at everything was booked when he JUST got there besides the buffets. We had a terrible experience in the middle of night, water coming into our room because of a pipe exploding in the middle of the hallway we had to quickly pack up everything from our room because water was all over the floor. They didn’t even give us an explanation or anything for the inconvenience we had. On top of spending 3k for this vacation they still haven’t given back our $200 deposit we had to leave on my credit card where I also had to call them back 2 times that I have still NOT received my $200 back. Terrible experience don’t recommend this hotel. The staff was unprofessional and don’t treat their customers right.

First check in is scheduled for 3pm. We arrived a little before 3 but could not get into our room until 5:30. Most of the staff was not so welcoming or hospitable there were a few exceptions that were very kind. The food selection was limited and was always cold. The only hot meal I had was the made to order omelet and pasta. The resort itself was clean the pool and beach area are beautiful but there needs to be an upgrade on the service and food to be considered luxury as advertised.

They ran out of food everyday; my room was fill with smog everyday from unknown smoke whch started on the day I arrived. Hotel management said it was an outside company servicing the area by my room and they couldn't control when they worked so I was unable to use the balcony or open the window forcing me to use AC 24/7. I spoke to the expedia hotel representative on arrival during the first "smogging" and was never able to find him again. On the day I checked out I was told he was new

The property has lots of entertainment There was always something going on day and night. Vibe staff were very friendly! The pool plays all kinds of music for all ages. Nighttime entertainment was great! They have the sports bar with a livd DJ till 2am every night. Hookah on site $60 usd. ( pricey but whatever ) I would recommend this resort to people of all ages, including children. They do not have foam parties. However atmosphere was fun. Beautiful beach absolutely stunning water. On the flip the bedsheet smelled like mold and so did the room. They definitely need a little bit more upkeep. There were also a few hosts at the buffet that had nasty attitudes. Wouldn’t even say hello good evening just what is your room number? We also did not check in by three had to wait until 3:45. I would also say that it’s not worth upgrading your room because there is no ocean view. You’re just looking at the bay unless you’re getting an over the water bungalow not worth upgrading. The food also was not amazing. Definitely leftover. Other than all that I would give this a seven out of 10.

This resort i will give a 3/10 and only because its a beautiful clean resort. Before arriving, I requested a king bed and for the room to be decorated for our birthdays. When I got there, we had 2 double beds. When I went back to the front desk, the representative Mandy didnt even apologize for the inconvenience but stated that there were no king beds available and the one that they had was for the incoming customer that paid $69 more to hold it. (I didnt see that option when booking in September). To move on the second day, we requested cabanas and was told there were none available, and the ones with no water were out of service and couldnt be used. We decided to book the day after, got the cabana and guess what? The same cabanas they stated couldn’t be used because they were out of service were being used (BOTH OF THEM still with no water). Therefore, if you’re a person of color, they will not accommodate you AT ALL! I even took pictures for proof. Also, The entertainment was boring, it will make you fall asleep. Now to Day 4, we went to the Caribbean restaurant, we ordered our food and they decided to give us what thry wanted without asking about a replacement because they ran out of what we wanted. Most of the staff walk around like you owe them something and it should never be that way, especially for the price they’re charging. I have traveled all over the world and this is in fact the worst experience I have had. I will not be returning, hire new people

Our stay was AMAZING. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to take great care of us. The staff and guests were very friendly. The resort had exceptional views, areas to hike and walk and water activities like kayaking and paddle boards right on site. The beach was gorgeous, crystal clear water with tropical fish swimming around you. A true tropical paradise dream!
