Welcome to our charming loft located at Queens Rd in the heart of St. John's! This newly renovated two-story suite combines the character of a classic St. John's Saltbox home with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. With two queen bedrooms and one bathroom, it's perfect for families or small groups of friends looking to explore everything downtown has to offer.
We are a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by text/phone (after 10pm urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel or email for non-urgent matters, as well as replying to the welcome text message you received upon confirmation.

Our units are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use monitoring devices that immediately alert us of any smoking and excessive noise. Should you violate our house rules, you will be asked to leave and charged $250.
