This facility is beautiful. The staff have the best customer service of any Westin property I have ever stayed. I checked in on my birthday and the staff went all out, upgrading my room for free, had cake waiting in my room, gave me a complimentary breakfast, etc. I was overwhelmed by the attention they went into to make my birthday memorable. Well done!

Excellent customer service with a particular shout out to Sunny, Wictoria, gentleman at the pool and the team at the concierge. ( sincere apologies for not remembering your names!) Hard working staff during the breakfast rush and at the restaurants. The wonderful staff are the true gems of the place. Very clean facilities. Indoor and outdoor pool available and a gym. There are 2 delicious restaurants on site and plenty of restaurant options right outside the resort. We didn’t travel out at night so can’t comment on how lively it gets but all amenities( shops/ supermarket) were very close. It was around 20 minutes from the airport by uber. We used uber to travel all over the island , which was very convenient. Several activities on site for younger children, but not much for teenagers though this could be because it was October. It is a rocky beach as opposed to sandy one. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Westin Dragonara.

The room was perfect, quiet and the beds comfortable. The hotel was right on the water but still close to restaurants if you wanted to leave the property. We ate three of the four nights in the bar area of the lobby. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stayed thoroughly.

We paid for a luxury room but at first we were given a room facing a building site and no sun. We complained and the hotel immediately changed our room

From start to finish, our 5 night stay in late October at Westin Dragonara was spectacular. We arrived a few hours before check-in, and we're able to enjoy a hotel lunch basking in the sun, which was delicious. We had a spacious and spotless garden view room, that allowed my kids to get to the pool quickly every day. The hotel was a great base for us to do some local walks and shopping nearby, and we used Bolt for other journeys but there are 2 bus stops close by. We tried both heated indoor and outdoor pools, preferring the outside when it was sunny and proximity to our room. The biggest highlight was the breakfast spread, many egg variations (my favourite being the omelettes to order), for the kids all the pastries, bakes and chocolate sauce on tap. The icing on this review is the awesome staff, always attentive, helpful and friendly. This was a last minute booking and wasn't our original intended hotel, but since visiting we've not regretted it and will definitely visit again and other hotels in the chain. Thanks for looking after us!

clean rooms, friendly staff, good food and facilities. we paid for an executive level room and access and was worth it. good service and not overcrowded at breakfast. very leisurely and able to relax in lounge. plenty of sunloungers for everyone, no need to reserve.

Lovely room and attentive staff. But it was the wrong hotel for us - an adult couple - as there were 100s of children and babies and the noise levels were horrendous from dawn til late. Truly awful.
