This hotel is incredible. So beautiful with all the amenities. Good price for the night through Expedia as well. I do have to say, the front desk was very young and without knowledge of if dogs were allowed in the bar (they are), what time the pool opens (ChatGPT says 5 AM but it's actually 6 am), and generally we're not excited to help guests. Other than that, I would stay here again for sure!

Staff is wonderful. We checked in late after a long journey and they could not have been nicer to us at check in also in the restaurant and bar. We loved the vibe and the location. I’d return again if ever in the area.

James who assisted us along the way was very helpful. We did not have breakfast although we did spend some time at the bar and it was very enjoyable. The drinks were special and you could tell that the bartenders knew what they were doing.

Very cool vibe from the moment you enter. The gentlemen at valet/door are great even if you choose alternate parking options! Great location to hot spots City Museum, Foundry etc..Restaurant solid and great bar from self proclaimed foodies. Breakfast nice if on the go otherwise I’d venture out. Amenities- pics of a basketball court on site that no longer exists. This was disappointing because my son banked on it and a deciding factor. Bathroom towels are small and need to be replaced. No information in the room on the hotel. Had to click around the website. The place could be cleaner. Dust bunnies and spiders in the hotel room corners, bathroom floor was dirty, toilet paper roll needed to be changed when we checked in. Elevators were dirty with mud and spilled items at night and same in the morning. My glass was sticky/poor wash. For a four star hotel, I’d expect the details to be handled.
