We had a great time at the hotel. Pool, spa, gym are outstanding, the plus of having a museum in the 2nd floor and great service in the restaurants and hotel made our stay very enjoyable!

The room was clean, however very small. You can only park valet for $50 a night. Hefty!!! A small coffee that was at best luke warm will cost you $4.67. Go to Starbucks!!! Close to many sightings, however lots of better choices are available with parking included. I will not return to this hotel.

Everybody's great, but especially the valets!

The whole staff is always wonderful here. The bartenders are spectacular. But who really stands out is the valet staff. A++, above and beyond every single time. Thanks!

Clean but pay to park

It was a nice hotel. It was a little discouraging that we had to pay to park after paying the price of the room. From the parking area (around back), you had to go to the front, then go up steps to enter the hotel. I just didn't love the setup. There are no ice machines, no vending, but they do have a bar and coffee shop. All and all it was a nice stay, but I don't know that I would want to stay again.

Amazing experience-best hotel stay Ive had to date

This place is amazing. I booked here on a whim because of the giant crystal ball in the lobby and i was working an event less than 20 minutes away. Im so glad i did. The valet parking was lovely and made me feel my car with my whole business inside was secure. Check in was smooth and our room was beautiful. We ate at the restaurant Idol Wolf, and the burgers were very well done. I loved the cotton candy the brought out complimentary at the end. We had outdoor seating and it was very comfortable and easy to have a conversation, while the indoor seating was full and quite loud for me... but i know others like a lively atmosphere. After food, we wandered up the colorful beautiful staircase and found ourselves in a gorgeous museum full of moving art, lovely little sitting areas, and moving meaningful pieces around every turn. The museum was curated very well and it was so wonderful to get to explore it without having to leave the building. The pool was gorgeous and very well maintained. My companion enjoyed hpurs down there while i luxuriated in the amazing bath tub for some solo relaxation. We had an absolute blast. This was the best hotel I've ever yet stayed in in over 20 years of travel. I highly recommend it. You wont be disappointed.

Restful sleep after a family outing in town

Very clean and comfortable stay. Great location downtown with an easy walk to many attractions. Wonderful food selections from the Concierge service. Valet and Desk Attendant were extremely welcoming and had a pleasant personality.

Very nice and clean property. The elevators performed better this trip. You can’t beat the nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Plus the swim club, hot tub, sauna, steam room and other amenities make it the best place to stay in St Louis. Only complaint is ice and water for bottles. The fountains don’t work and haven’t in over a year, plus getting ice is like pulling teeth. But the food and everything else was great service at the hotel. Will stay again on future trips to St Louis.
