The carpet throughout the whole place had horrible stains. That made the hotel look dirty and unkept.

Horrible choice on my part. You should be ashamed and embarrassed to represent this hotel. Greasy carpet, phone didn’t work, remote didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush, shower curtain didn’t stay closed. . So tired when we got in, just didn’t feel like going anywhere else. I will tell everyone not to go there and will never book with you again. Had to shower before surgery, but still feel dirty.

The first day was wonderful. The desk staff was extremely pleasant and all other staff was accommodating. The hot water failed during the second day, and I only found out when I was getting ready to take a shower, which didn’t happen. I had to wash up with cold water. It wasn’t fixed that night, nor the next day, which meant I was washing up in cold water again. The staff of the hotel said absolutely nothing about it, and I only found out that the entire hotel was affected after talking to another guest at checkout.

My bf and I have stayed here many times and we will continue to stay here if we are in the area! The staff are all top notch, and completely friendly and welcoming. The young man at the front desk named James, is really great!! He’s always helpful and a really friendly guy… Overall, the affordability, cleanliness and quality staff are what we appreciate here — and why we keep coming back!!!

This place was horrible. There were bugs and blood stains on the floors. The fridge had brown spots inside it. There were people outside smoking and the front desk person was outside when we pulled up. The place was horrible.

Horrible customer service

I made the reservation at 11:15 PM Chicago time. I got my car to drive down to St. Louis arrive there around 5 AM. I wanted to sleep for about five hours before I had my doctors appointment in St. Louis. When I arrived the person at the reception desk told me she canceled my reservation and would not give me my room. I begged her pleaded with her to give me my room so that I could sleep. She refused. I’ve traveled for many years and never had an experience like this. This person made me sleep in my car outside. If this were my business this person would be fired. And I should be refunded for this trip.
