The hotel was ok. Very big. Nice breakfast buffet. Staff was absolutely amazing. The only issue I had was that our room had the worst smell ever. It smelled like trash or mold. We had to buy a candle to mask it which really did nothing.

I like the location, however the hotel is severely dated! The Internet was out the first day so there was no tv access & no compensation for it either. The snack machines didn't accept cash although it was a place to insert cash. Finally they charge for parking but did not mention this to me at check in. I won't be staying again.

My bathroom was dirty, they sent someone to clean my bathroom twice while I was gone to be with family. We came for funeral so I was in and out but I did explain to them what I want done(bathroom cleaned ) Never was done so I’m was soooo over it … My entire family reserved. Please do Better. This was my second time staying with them

Pink streamers and decorations still taped up on the walls from what I’m assuming was a birthday party or bachelorette party. Pubic hairs all over the tile wall in the shower at face level (I’m 5.4) Tv was glitching so I couldn’t even watch tv, I had to watch a show on my phone. Wanted to call down to the front desk to put my name on the airport shuttle list for in the morning and tell them my tv wasn’t working properly. Busy tone, also wanted to order food from room service so I dialed that. Busy tone. Tried calling each multiple times thinking that maybe they were just busy. So finally I called the actual hotel on my cell phone, told her my phone wasn’t working, she knew, told her about my tv problem and she said she’d send someone up, asked her about room service and she told me I had to go down stairs and order at the bar. Mind you it states in the menu that room service adds a $3 fee and automatic 20% gratuity…. Which is fine, but part of room services doesn’t involve me having to walk some where to put in my order. I’m supposed to be able to stay in my room and not leave. I had a long day of driving and an early flight the next morning. I was exhausted and hungry, and just wanted to watch something on tv and relax. Disgusting and poorly ran hotel

Perfect hotel for my three day trip! Nice breakfast buffet, gym and overall ambience. Rooms could use some updating as they have not been remodeled in several years. I would definitely stay again.
