I didn’t have hot water for 2 days, my room still had trash in it, the hot tub and pool was dirty and they didn’t clean or restock my room with towels or bedding. With all of this being said horrible waste of over 600$

From the minute I checked in to the day I checked out.. terrible all around, room was dirty and no hot water through out our stay. They gave us a room that someone was already in and then later gave someone else our room when we were already in the room and they opened our door. They had no clue what rooms were clean or assigned.

This was a Drury Inn previously and likely was just purchased by Heritage/Wyndham. It obviously needs a complete make over. In the room the closet door would not close. The room had a musty smell. The lamp over the sitting chair did not work. Breakfast left a lot to be desired compared to other hotels. Very disappointing!

It was fine for what it was, but there are some issues. No toilet paper anywhere in the actual room, so hope you like Kleenex! There's also no toilet paper in any of the public bathrooms in the lobby/dining areas (hope you like coarse paper towels if you're lucky!). And if you want to extend your stay, all this can be yours for the ridiculous price of $270 (if you book through the desk) or $340 dollars if you want to book an additional night through Expedia!

The staff is very nice and friendly and as helpful as they could be. The rooms were very clean . The hotel is older and upkeep could use help.they said they had new staff which would probably explain why a lot of different things were not taken care of. Hopefully with more training they will get better
