When time to go to bed, I did not have a blanket or sheet or pillow for the sofa bed so my handicap brother could sleep. I called the front desk and was told that in a few minutes they would send some up. I waited an hour then called back and got no answer. I had to take the sheet from my bed so he would have something to cover him. There was 3 adults in one suite and one adult with 2 children in the 2nd suite and only 2 towels in each suite. I had called and requested that also received none until I asked house keeping the next day. My family had stayed at this hotel when it use to be with Drury francise. We were treated the correct way that a paying guest should have been treated. I am a platinum member with Wynham and even though the hotel was nice, I have been treated better at other Wynham properties. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone that I know. I feel extremely let down.

We checked in at 3. Our hallway to our room was covered in dirty laundry. Bathroom had not been cleaned. We asked for towels. At 5 we asked for an update on getting towels. At 7 they brought 3 towels up to our room. Still didn’t have washcloths. Went down to the front desk and waited for several minutes to get some. Didn’t have any body wash or soap, but they brought up some hand soap for us. The pool and Hot tub were clean and in good condition. The front desk person was upbeat, in a good mood, and kept his cool even though they obviously were either very short staffed or their dryer wasn’t working well. He was the only staff person we saw while we were there, so I’m thinking they are short. No knock on him in anyway, but get the man the support he needs!

My stay was generally good! I had no major issues throughout. My only concern was the TV guide was (at least my assigned room) was not up to date and many channels were no signal. That was really the only inconvenience although I wasn’t much at the hotel to fully utilize this amenity. Still a good place to stay along suburban St.Louis - (Fenton)

The hot tub was not full enough so the jets made water go everywhere. The room was decently clean, but there was almost no breakfast. We got there at 8 am, they had no apple juice, no pancakes, and half a sausage link left. The only thing that was left were eggs and biscuits.

Found a hitter in the pull out bed. The power went out. There was no towels no shampoo. No towels by the pool. When asked we were told they didn’t wash any of the towels so there was none

Dirty room. Food and rubber bands all over the carpet. Broken outlets, missing outlet covers, lights flickered constantly. Tub and sink didn’t drain. Did not have toiletries. Ran out of breakfast and plates hours before it was suppose to be over. Ran out of towels so never had enough for our family. Elevators were broken. Parking was fine. Staff (when you could find them) were friendly and tried to be accommodating with what they had to work with. Just stay somewhere else!
