The Fillmore House contains two completely private rental apartments with separate entrances. This listing is for one apartment only, and another rental unit is located in the same building. The basement game room, laundry area, and backyard are shared with guests staying in the neighboring apartment. Your apartment, private deck, and reserved garage parking space are exclusively yours.
