We stayed for a long weekend and attended a MLB game in St Louis. The hotel experience was nice, but make sure to check your hotel invoice after you leave! They added an extra charge on our receipt for a meal at the hotel restaurant Zenia, which we never attended. We kept calling, they told us to dispute our credit card company and eventually started dodging our calls. Finally my husband got through to the Accounting department and they finally reimbursed us. Overall, felt like we were being scammed and wouldn’t go back.

I liked the hotel as a whole but there security in the later evening hours was lacking. Lots of loitering in the lobby and the valet area. The door was locked for key cards only but people were just holding it open. Seems like the staff was indifferent to the amount of people just roaming around.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful from the valet attendants at arrival, to the bellhop and front desk, and the occasional staff who gave us restaurant recommendations in the elevator. Carpet in the halls seemed a little dingy, but our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. Convenient to many restaurants and directly across from the convention center.This is our hotel of choice for future visits.
