I upgraded to a deluxe room after being told it was bigger and it wasn't. The lock on the door was lose and didnt work great. Sheeta were stained and gross. The dresser was broken and not clean we we arrived. We stayed 5 nights with 4 people and the front desk wouldnt give any extra pillows. When asking for extra towels, only 2 provided, they wouldn't at first. We ran out of toilet paper and other supplies as well after being there 3 days and they were hestiant to give any more to us. After paying $700 for this stay I am not happy at all.
Odor. Dirty bathroom floor! No light by the bed for reading. Plug-in for phone charger was near the floor behind table. No toilet paper holder or towel rack. Several hair on bedding, pillow, shower. Horrible, thin, cheap, rogh towels and wash cloths.
Arrived to check in and the room we were given had not had housekeeping. There was urine in the toilet and a half consumed bottle of Gatorade on the counter. The strike plate on the door was broken causing the door to not latch properly or lock when closed. Went to switch rooms and was told they would just send housekeeping and “fix” the door. We did not have time to argue and ended up leaving as early as possible the morning after our event.
I was stranded in St Louis and needed a place to stay for one night until I could get back home the next day. I prepaid online but didn't have my proper credentials with me, but instead of turning me away, the staff worked with me to get verification so I wasn't stuck without a place to stay. They were super friendly and helpful. The building could use some upgrades aesthetically, but overall, for the price, they are good. The rooms just have the basics but were clean. What impressed me was the friendliness of the staff and willingness to work with me in a bind going above and beyond. They could have just refused my stay.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was bad; there was an inch gap under the door. The bathroom door had crayon on the back of it. Only 2 lights worked in the room. Service was just as bad; the pics are deceiving.
My room was cleanish. The bed spread had stains. Desk with NO chair (told none available), the Shower sounds like a train horn and the toilet makes a 8/10 level loud moan when the tank is refilling. Sunday morning people were waiting in line for the office to open at 08:30.
Its a quiet little area. Building is a bit run down on.the outside so dont let the appearance discourage you the room are nice. Newly remodeled and comfortable.
We had no other options for a hotel other than this hotel, and it was a horrible experience. We didn’t check the reviews before hand and found out there may be beg bugs and black mold in the vents, so right off the bat impressions were low. When we drove through the motel to get to our room there were people watching us from their decks and we both felt very unsafe. We were scared our car would be broken into, but thankfully it wasn’t. The sheets in the hotel were dirty and there was blood on the pillows. The bathroom was not cleaned at all, the floors were dirty, and the door didn’t close all the way. Horrible experience.

Uncomfortable not very clean but excellent service
The lock on our door didn’t work. The peep hole was blocked with something shoved inside it. The phone in the room was not connected to anything. There was a puddle of something on the night stand when we arrived. The front desk seemed unconcerned about the door not locking.
I did not stay. And the refund process is a challenge as they do not cooperate but work wound the issue at hand. They should not sell rooms if they’re not completely renovated, freshly painted and not fully furnished with amenities. The individuals staying below were having their room gutted and cleaned as it unsanitary. They double charged my incidental fee which also became a nuisance.
First room was dirty. Second room was hot, only 3 flat pillows and when we requested more they said no, only one bath towel overall all property dirty.
Stay was great! All the staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and stocked, nice and quiet, no signs of any bugs, and linens were fresh. We never felt unsafe and will definitely be back!
Easy walking distance to multiple gas stations also!
