Visited sites near Renaissance and Galleria Mall. Ate at Bogarts and a Persian restaurant. The rooms were clean and welcoming. Lounge was a great place to visit with family. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

I was nickled-and-dimed for everything. WiFi was not complimentary, but cost $9.95 a night. The restaurant in the lounge was extremely overpriced and not very good. I decided to get some snacks from the store downstairs, and ended up paying $25 for a small microwaveable tray, a bag of popcorn, and a coke! Moreover, given the limited elevators and lack of stairs, you end up waiting in line when things get busy. I had to wait in line for over 10 minutes to get on the elevator for our room on the 5th floor.
