We are on a 3+ week road trip, we have stayed in A LOT of hotels...this one was quiet, in a quiet/safe neighborhood, comfortable, andthe staff was extremely kind & helpful. Breakfast is basic, but that's what they advertise, so no complaints there. We stayed on the 1st floor, I'd recommend a top floor as the only sounds were walking/moving on the floor above. Glad we drove out of tbe way to stay here to sightsee St. Louis.

The only thing we did not like is the toilet seat. It was too curvy to fit the rim properly. Other than that, we loved this Hotel. The staff was friendly and we stayed a week and had all we needed for each day. We will definitely stay here again.

The room has a huge skylight that had no blinds or way to shut out the light. This meant my family was up every day by 6am. The breakfast was awful. Not enough towels for a family. Hot tub was tiny with sharp concrete so my husband and kids ended scraped up from. Bed was probably 20 years old.

The room was great honestly i really liked it but it had a small setback. Theres a big hot tub in the room but the blackout curtains are for show and you can't actually close them to make it more private. You have a sheet like curtain that closes most of the way but not all the way. Everything else was great and definitely worth it.

I booked my room specifically for the jacuzzi tub and it didn’t work. Only 1 of the jets worked at full power. Then the granite stairs around the tub are so slippery that I fell and hurt my knee on the stair when I was purposefully being careful. I’ve been wanting to stay at this place for over a year and it didn’t meet my expectations whatsoever. Too expensive for what you get.

We loved this property. The staff is top notch! Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We were traveling and part of our trip was cancelled so we arrived several hours before scheduled check in and they were more than happy to give us an early check in with no additional cost. The room was very nice and extremely comfortable. We will stay here again for sure - highly recommend!!!
