Suites were excellent, pool and staff great. Sister hotel shuttle bus, facilities and food delivery excellent. To be really picky the cleaners could do a slightly better job but basically can’t fault the place.

The rooms and views are beautiful!! The staff at the front desk were very friendly. It is nice that they offer free beach chairs and umbrellas to guests on their private beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. Also great to have a kitchen area and washer and dryer for longer stays. We will definitely stay here again!!

Room was much smaller than anticipated. The stove did not work properly and only one pan. The beach was wonderful and the gentlemen who set up the chairs and umbrellas were fantastic. It was nice to have the shuttle to take us to restaurants. The bartender Tasha was great. There were a few unruly guests who ruined part of our stay.

Great property with awesome staff. Front desk and room service people are very professional and willing to help at any moment. Beach attendant is very polite and professional. I would come back here again! Two things i want to mention that is not an inconvenience but beach service closed at 5PM, could be a bit longer and weeds smell was everywhere. Staff reacted quickly appropriately and sent an email blast.

We had the best time at this resort. Check-in was friendly and helpful. Transportation between the resorts was quick and easy. Both resorts offer beautiful pools and beaches!

What a fabulous resort! We could not have loved it more The rooms are huge and each one has a lovely balcony. There was even a washer dryer There was not one hung that I could think of that they hadn’t provided The hotel is directly on the beach with great beach chairs and umbrellas which are included in your stay. We had access to all the facilities at the Don Cesar up the road and the hotel provide a shuttle although we look a leisurely stroll along the beach instead. The gym there is excellent! Special shout out to Anthony, Peggy and Fabian - excellent staff members!

The overall facilities are fantastic. The towel situation at pool wasn’t great when we stayed as they kept running out of towels. Also, very limited on-site food options unless you order room service from main hotel which we did and the Cuban Sandwich was very disappointing after having ate at the main hotel previously.

Even though the property was undergoing some renovations, the property was very informative on times and days things were happening. They were very accommodating and sympathetic to the situation and noise. They did everything in their power to make my stay comfortable. Beautiful resort highly recommend.
