These 5 bedrooms will BLOW YOU AWAY! Each have their own smart TV. The most unique (& fun!) room is one of the bunk bedrooms, which has a full-over-full bunk bed, along with a slide, air hockey, and foosball!

There are 4 remaining bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king bed & private ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed, fourth bedroom has two full beds, and the fifth bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed.

There are 2 full bathrooms throughout this home. The private ensuite master bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The second bathroom in this home is accessible from the hallway, including two sinks, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is bright & open, with brand new stainless steel appliances. With lots of counter space and bar top seating, it's a great kitchen for entertaining!

Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright and welcoming. The formal dining room seats 8 (plus 2 kitchen countertop seats), and there is also a second dining table in the backyard.

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 5 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
