This 3-bedroom, 2-1/2-bathroom condo hotel suite offers stunning views of the Bay, Honeymoon Island, and Dunedin. It has room for 8 with one King bed, with a safe, two Queen beds, plus a full-sized sofa bed. The suite is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and supplies for cooking and full-sized washer and dryer. The private balcony provides the perfect place watch the sun rise. Please note that one of the queen bedrooms does not have a window. Our guests have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included in your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80/ daily will apply. Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in will apply if you bring your dog. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check in .Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.

I cannot say enough good things about my family's stay here. The location was perfect, the unit was clean and spacious, and the staff was super friendly. We loved every minute and would absolutely stay here again whenever we ever return to Clearwater Beach.

Our stay was wonderful! 4 adults and 2 kids with plenty of space for us. Very clean home that had everything we needed. We celebrated the Super Bowl while we were there so having the kitchen was great. The washer and dryer came in good use. Pool area is small but it was perfect for us. We visited before the busy season so there was always room at the pool and my kids enjoyed swimming a few times a day. Plenty of places are in walking distance. The coffee bar was enjoyed. We would most definitely recommend the unit that we stayed in and would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. There was an issue with the toilet and they came in 5 minutes to fix it. Easily accessible to the town and beach. The building is quiet with lots of families staying there. Beach chairs, beach toys and towels available at the hotel for no extra charge. Our unitwas clean and spacious. We did have to turn off the AC because the AC unit is in the master bedroom closet and when it kicks in, it’s very loud. It didn’t bother my husband but if you are a light sleeper, this might annoy you. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot out so the temp in the unit was comfortable. The unit is well equipped with everything you need if you want to cook a meal. We will definitely come back to the Avalon.

The three bedroom unit we rented was very clean and well maintained. The staff at the condo were very responsive to a couple of minor issues that we had. The location is excellent , a very short walk to the beach and away from the craziest parts of Clearwater, but a short distance to several good restaurants and shopping

The Assistant Manager Karen was awesome! So knowledgeable about the area and willing to help. The facilities were nice and clean, and the area is great. A little farther north of the pier. The view is gorgeous! We will be back!

The hotel staff are always excellent! Anything you need just ask and they will deliver. First time we stayed in a Bay view unit! 3 bed 2 1/2 bath. I felt the unit needed a little updating! Not happy with the master bedroom’s small bathroom with a tub either…. and air conditioning unit also in closet of master bedroom gets very loud when it goes on.

The property, staff, and room were great. Staff were very nice pleasant and helpful. Property staff kept the very clean and tidy.Only issue we had were our neighbors. They were load, and obnoxious at late hours of the night and early morning. They even had a domestic dispute in their room. We spoke with the staff the next morning and the couple did end up checking out. Possible staff could monitor the floors through out the night to assure that this does not happen in the future.Overall stay was pleasant.

This place was just as described! Check in was easy and informative. The staff was all super friendly. The whole facility was clean and accommodating! They provide you with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, so no need to pack any of that! We loved the spacious rooms, balconies and closeness to the beach and the strip! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing condo on the beach!

Wonderful property. Betty and Karen are excellent and really helped us with our stay. If have 2 suggestion to make this place excellent. Kitchen needs storage containers for leftovers. New knives. The ones there are so dull, they are dangerous. Need an additional large bowl. We love to cook and the kitchen lacks what is needed for that Second suggestion is to have someone help bring chairs and umbrella to the beach. Otherwise a great place. We would love to come stay again but we are in our 70’s and cannot carry that much stuff for the walk to the beach
