This direct Gulf front, beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is your slice of paradise. The condo is updated with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, and tile throughout. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large mounted TV and DVD player, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom with step-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twins, a ceiling fan and mounted TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower next to the 2nd bedroom. The spacious living room has comfy leather seating and a 65" smart TV (Internet Ready). The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. There is free Wifi and a free Long Distance to the US, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. The condo property has a heated swimming pool and a gas grill. This unit has an assigned undercover parking spot. Oceanway is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in the units, on the balconies, or in the pool area. Free Perks include day-use bicycles and DVD movies.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
